Refunds
To be eligible for a return, the item must be defective, damaged, or the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you! Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please note that all made-to-order items are final sale; unless defective, these items will be ineligible for a refund or exchange due to their custom nature.
Exchanges
We have a 15-day exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To initiate an exchange and get what you desire promptly, follow these steps: Initiate an exchange by visiting https://shopify.com/40377385111/account. Ensure you log in with the email address used for your purchase. A verification code will be sent to this email. Enter the code to access your account, where you'll land on the order page. Here, you'll have the option to select “Return Item”. Proceed by following the on-screen instructions. Upon completion, you'll be able to print a shipping label. Please pack all items securely in a shipping box and attach the label to the package. Finally, drop off the package at your nearest post office.
Once your package is received, your new order will be on its way!
